Contested deletion[edit]

This category should not be speedy deleted as being unpopulated, because it had its contents removed by Rjdeadly (talk · contribs), as of now the duplicated category he created that was capitalized (it is , has been marked for speedy merging. Iazyges (talk) 03:17, 28 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I just learned that another editor has moved all of the articles from this category, then allegedly nominated it for deletion without discussion. I'm calling for a delay in order to discuss this move, & determine whether this is the best course of action. --llywrch (talk) 22:46, 29 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Overpopulated category[edit]

There is something seriously wrong with this as many smaller forts are included in this category and not just true legionary fortresses i.e. bases for a whole legion, which is the definition used everywhere else, see e.g. http://legionaryfortresses.info/index.htm.

So, many forts should be removed from this category. Rjdeadly (talk) 21:23, 19 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
