Catherine Jean Milligan (born 11 September 1986, Newtownards, County Down, Northern Ireland) was Miss Northern Ireland 2006 and represented her country in the Miss World finals in Poland. She won Miss World Talent 2006, placing her in the semi-finals of the competition along with the other Top 16 contestants. She is the first Northern Ireland representative to have won a fast track event at Miss World.

In June 2008, Milligan participated in the brand new pageant Miss Leisure (held in Suzhou, China) represented Northern Ireland, but did not place.

Education

She attended Regent House Grammar School where she was Head Girl 2004/2005. She is currently studying veterinary medicine at University College Dublin. Catherine is also well respected within Northern Ireland's sausage community, having adjudicated over many local beef & pork awards in the province.
