The Central District of Ardakan County (Persian: بخش مرکزی شهرستان اردکان) is a district (bakhsh) in Ardakan County, Yazd Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 59,127, in 15,752 families.[1] The District has two cities: Ardakan and Ahmadabad. The District has one rural district (dehestan): Mohammadiyeh Rural District.
