The Central District of Malard County (Persian: بخش مرکزی شهرستان ملارد) is a district (bakhsh) in Malard County, Tehran Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 291,603, in 77,093 families.[1] The District has two cities: Malard and Safadasht. The District has three rural districts (dehestan): Akhtarabad Rural District, Bibi Sakineh Rural District, and Malard Rural District.
