Chajdyce [xai̯ˈdɨt͡sɛ] (German: Neu Jerutten) is a settlement in the administrative district of Gmina Świętajno, within Szczytno County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 4 kilometres (2 mi) west of Świętajno, 13 km (8 mi) east of Szczytno, and 51 km (32 mi) south-east of the regional capital Olsztyn.

Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (East Prussia).[citation needed] Following World War II the native German populace was expelled and replaced by Poles.
