This is written for the general reader - Charles is the alleged poster child for the results of interbreeding, and the point here is he is a very specific and unique case, because neither his sister or niece had the same issues. If Charles suffered from one or two recessive disorders, and his parents did not, then it’s more likely than not his sister would not suffer from either disorder.
