Charley Cobb is an American football coach in the United States.

Coaching career

Coach Charley Cobb was the head college football coach for the West Virginia Tech Golden Bears located in Montgomery, West Virginia. He held that position for 16 seasons, from 1960 until 1975. His coaching record at West Virginia Tech was 44 wins, 83 losses and 9 ties. As of the conclusion of the 2009 season, this ranks him #1 at West Virginia Tech in total wins and #13 at the school in winning percentage (.357).[1]
