Chemu Secondary School is a coeducational second cycle institution at Tema in the Greater Accra Region of Ghana.[3] It is a day (non-boarding) school that is precisely located at Community four in Tema.[4]

History

The school was established at the time when the Ministry of Education in Ghana had conceived the idea of de-boardenising schools to reduce the problems of high boarding fees and to increase the intake of day students.[5] The concept was forged to make senior high school at the time affordable for almost everyone. The school has been engaging in the Science and Maths Quiz for some years now.

Courses

The school offers courses in General Science, General Art, Visual Art, Technical and Home Economics.
