Chhattisgarh Janata Congress is a political party in the Indian state of Chhattisgarh. Chhattisgarh Janata Congress was founded by former Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh Ajit Jogi, after that Jogi and his son Amit were expelled from Indian National Congress due to anti-party activities as well as sabotaging a Antagarh by polls elections. Amit Jogi was expelled for six years.[1][2][3]

Ajit Jogi launched a party Thathapur village of Kawardha district and directly challenged Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh Raman Singh.[4][5][6]
