Chlístov is a village and municipality (obec) in Třebíč District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 3.77 square kilometres (1.46 sq mi), and has a population of 232 (as at 3 July 2006).

Chlístov lies approximately 11 kilometres (7 mi) west of Třebíč, 24 km (15 mi) south-east of Jihlava, and 137 km (85 mi) south-east of Prague.
