Chrysocrambus linetella is a species of moth in the Crambidae family. It is found in Great Britain, France, Spain, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, the Republic of Macedonia, Greece, Bulgaria and Romania,[2] Transcaucasia, Asia Minor, Armenia, Syria, Jordan, Iraq, Iran and Turkmenistan.[3]
The wingspan is 20–27 mm.[4] Adults are on wing from June to the end of August in one generation per year.[5]
The larvae feed on grasses.
