Cidlina is a village and municipality (obec) in Třebíč District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 8.75 square kilometres (3.38 sq mi), and has a population of 102 (as at 2007).

Cidlina lies approximately 15 kilometres (9 mi) south-west of Třebíč, 32 km (20 mi) south of Jihlava, and 143 km (89 mi) south-east of Prague.
