Coleophora polycarpaeae is a moth of the Coleophoridae family. It is found on the Canary Islands.

The larvae feed on Polycarpaea divaricata and Polycarpaea smithii. They create an off-white to greyish brown tubular leaf case of 4.5–5 mm long. Dorsally it is often covered with fragments of frass or detritus.[2]
