Osservatorio Astronomico di Collurania-Teramo "V. Cerulli" (OACT, known in English variously as the Collurania-Teramo Observatory or Collurania Observatory, Teramo) is an astronomical observatory owned and operated by Italy's Istituto Nazionale di Astrofisica (National Institute for Astrophysics, INAF). It is located in Teramo, Italy. It was founded by Vincenzo Cerulli, who was later honoured by having it bear his name.
