Communist Party of Argentina (Extraordinary Congress) (Spanish: Partido Comunista de la Argentina (Congreso Extraordinario), or PCCE) is a political party in Argentina founded at the Congress held in Casa Suiza, Buenos Aires, on December 1–2, 1996, following a split from the Communist Party of Argentina. It is led by Pablo Pereyra.

The youth wing of PCCE is the Communist Youth Federation (Extraordinary Congress).

PCCE publishes Nuestra Palabra and Raices Latinoamericanas.
