Courtney Tairi (born 15 July 1988) is an Australian netball player in the ANZ Championship, playing for the Waikato Bay of Plenty Magic.

In 2009, despite Tairi not being in the New South Wales Swifts squad, Tairi was a temporary replacement player for Vanessa Ware who suffered an injury and played in one ANZ Championship match in 2009.

In 2010, Tairi was officially one of the twelve squad members for the New South Wales Swifts. In the ANZ Championship season, while Vanessa Ware was injured (due to back injury in the early matches and suffered an ACL in the later matches), Tairi played at either Wing Attack or Centre positions.

In 2011, Tairi pushed to the Swifts starting seven. Late in the season, it was confirmed that Tairi would be signing with New Zealand club the Southern Steel for the 2012.
