The crimson-bellied woodpecker (Campephilus haematogaster) is a species of bird in the family Picidae. It is found in Colombia, Ecuador, Panama, and Peru. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and subtropical or tropical moist montane forests.
