A crisp sandwich (in [English]), chip sandwich, chipwich, potato chip sandwich, crisp sarnie, or chippy sandwich (in North American or Australian English) is a sandwich that includes crisps (potato chips) as one of the fillings. In addition to the crisps, any other common sandwich ingredient may be added.[1] Potato chip sandwiches are sometimes referred to as "trailer park cuisine".[2]
