The Green Silver-spangled Shark (Cucullia argentea) is a species of moth of the family Noctuidae. It is found in Southern and Central Europe through Siberia, Mongolia and Manchuria up to Korea and Japan.

The wingspan is 28–34 mm. The moth flies from June to August depending on the location.

The larvae feed on Artemisia campestris.
