Czernikowo [t͡ʂɛrniˈkɔvɔ] (German: Schwarzendorf) is a village in Toruń County, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-central Poland.[1]

It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Czernikowo. It lies approximately 24 km (15 mi) south-east of Toruń.

The village has a population of 2,752..
