The DA BFAR MMOV 5002 is one of two civilian Philippine government ships launched in August 2017 as part of the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources' fleet of floating assets. Its intended mission is to guard Philippine waters against illegal fishing.[1][2][3][4]
