DWAR 103.9Mhz is the affiliate FM radio station of Radio Mindanao Network in Puerto Princesa City, Palawan, owned by Rolin Broadcasting Enterprises, Inc. It transmits with the power of 10,000 watts and plays various genre of music to cater to the multiplicity of audience in the Philippines' largest province. DWAR is most popularly known as RMN Palawan - a branding the network has been using for all its AM stations nationwide.

Gerry Ortega, the pro-environment journalist slain last 2011, had a program in this station.
