Daneshmand High School is located in Shahrak-e Gharb, in the northwestern part of Tehran, Iran. The other branch of this school is located at Vanak Square towards the center of the city.

The school has special programs for mathematics and physics Olympics. The school has many tutorial sessions for weak students. Daneshmand high school has a library, gym and canteen.

The school holds annual entrance exam to select the smartest students. Students with high grades can be discounted in tuition fee.

Many Daneshmand graduates have gone to high ranked universities as well as international universities.

Daneshmand has many behavioral internal courses to train students to be good citizens. Daneshmand has special uniform clothes which includes dark blue coat, gray pants and white or blue shirt.
