Dean Perrett is an Australian Traditional Country Singer / Songwriter from Queensland, Australia.

[1]Dean is one of Australia's Leading Traditional Country and Bush Ballad Artists, He recorded his first album in 1989 and in the following 25 years he has released 12 more albums.

Dean has toured internationally and regularly performs at the Tamworth Country Music Festival and other various festivals and gigs.

Dean has won many awards including 3 of the highly sort after Golden Guitars.[3] He received his first Golden Guitar for Channel Country Ground a duet with Lee Kernaghan in 2012 for Bush Ballad of the Year. Dean won 2 more at the 2015[4] awards with My Country My Land an emotive duet with Troy Cassar-Daley for Vocal Collaboration and Bloodwood and Clover in the Bush Ballad Section.

Dean is also an inductee of the Australian Country Music Hall of Fame "Hands of Fame".[5]
