Deanne Panday (born 10 December, 1968) is an Indian author.[1] She has written two books I'm Not Stressed & Shut Up and Train, both published by Random House.[2] She is a leading expert[3][4] in the fitness industry.[5]

Personal life

Deanne Panday lives in Mumbai, she is married to Chikki Panday with whom she has two children, her daughter Alanna (b. 16th August 1995) and son Ahaan (b. 23 December 1997).
