Deepika Mahila Sanghati is a women run NGO (non governmental organization) in the city of Rourkela. The organization is located in sector five of city Rourkela. This organization have effective contribution towards welfare of women[1]and their empowerment. This NGO plays a major role in corporate social responsibility (csr)[2][3][4][5] programs associated with SAIL (Rourkela Steel Plant). Deeepika Mahila Sanghati is one of the main pioneer organization for opening of Deepika English Medium School in the year 1976.

Presently Mrs. Manjari Prasad is President of Deepika Mahila Sanghati organization, with Mrs. Jyotshna Acharya as Vice President, Mrs. Sujata Mishra as Secretary and Mrs. Sangeeta Varma as Joint Treasurer of organization.
