Frank Derek Kidner (September 22, 1913 – November 27, 2008) was a British Old Testament scholar. Kidner studied at the Royal College of Music, Ridley Hall, Cambridge and Christ's College, Cambridge before being ordained as a priest in the Church of England and serving as vicar of Holy Cross Church, Felsted. Kidner then taught at Oak Hill Theological College before becoming Warden of Tyndale House.

Kidner wrote commentaries on the books of Genesis, Ezra–Nehemiah, Psalms, Proverbs, Ecclesiastes, Jeremiah, and Hosea.
