Richard W. 'Dick' Folkins (1917-1987) was a United States international lawn bowler.

He won a gold medal in the triples with Bill Miller and Clive Forrester at the 1972 World Outdoor Bowls Championship in Worthing.[1] In addition he won fourteen US Open titles.[2]

Folkins won a silver medal in the 1976 World Outdoor Championships in Johannesburg with his bowls partner Neil McInnes.[3]

He died in 1987.[4]
