In November 13, 1995 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, a bombing targeted the Office of the Program Manager for the Saudi Arabian National Guard (OPM-SANG) where the U.S. military was training Saudi National Guardsmen. The attack resulted in the deaths of five Americans, one soldier, two Indian nationals and the injury of nearly 70 people.[1]
