Lucia Bronzetti defeated Julia Grabher in the final, 6–4, 5–7, 7–5 to win the singles tennis title at the 2023 Morocco Open. It was her first WTA Tour title.[1][2]

Martina Trevisan was the defending champion,[3] but retired during her quarterfinal match against Grabher.
