Avner Netanyahu (born October 10, 1994) (Hebrew: אבנר_נתניהו) is the third and youngest son of Benjamin Netanyahu, the Prime Minister of Israel, and his wife Sara Netanyahu. Born on October 10, 1994, in Jerusalem, Israel. In April 2024, editors at Hebrew Wikipedia voted to merge his article into one about the Netanyahu family after he asked for the article to be deleted.[1][2]
Avner Netanyahu attended the Hebrew University Secondary School in Jerusalem[3] and later served in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF)[4]. Following his military service, he pursued his higher education, studying at the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya (IDC Herzliya), where he earned a degree in philosophy. He now lives in Hallandale Beach, a community in south Florida.[5][6]
He participated in the World Bible quiz for Jewish youth (he: חידון התנ"ך העולמי לנוער יהודי ) in 2010[7] as well as The Chase, a British television quiz show broadcast on the ITV network, in 2019.[8]
His Facebook page says that he is in a relationship with Amit Yardeni,[9] but her Facebook page doesn't specify her relationship status.[10]
