Established in 2005 Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be university)'s Dental College and Hospital , Navi Mumbai offers UG, PG and Doctoral programmes in Dentistry and aims to provide clinical and preclinical academic activities to cater to the basic educational needs. The college is recognized by the Dental Council of India (DCI) and admissions are done based on the merit of the students in the national level common entrance test. Currently, the total intake of students per year is 100. The infrastructure of Dental College and Hospital has been developed as prescribed by the norms laid down by DCI. To develop the institute, the infrastructure is constantly upgraded with the latest equipment and technology. The college and hospital are spread over 5.5 acres and include a spacious, well-ventilated building with all necessary facilities and ambience for the students of the undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Within the premises, the basic departments concerned with medical subjects and their laboratories are present. Taking into consideration the individual department’s requirements, well-equipped clinical laboratories, clinical sections and associated working areas have been specially designed.

The college also provides a full-fledged library with national and international journals for the benefit of students. Internet facilities are also provided to the students.
