Business Integration Partners S.p.A. (BIP Group) is an Italian multinational management consulting firm. It operates in the United Kingdom, Spain, Brazil, and the United States:[1], in addition to its home market of Italy where it is the leading consulting company[2]. BIP has been majority-owned by global private equity firm CVC Capital Partners since 2021[3].

Established in 2003, by 2018 it had developed into the largest management consulting company in Italy by number of employees[2].

In 2018, BIP was acquired by UK private equity firm Apax Partners[4]. In 2021, it was sold to Luxembourg-based global private equity firm CVC Capital Partners. At the time, BIP had revenue of 315 million euro[5].

Starting 2020, BIP pursued a number of corporate acquisitions to gain or strengthen access to international markets: the company acquired UK digital transformation consultancy Chaucer in 2020[6], followed by US technology consultant Monticello in 2022[7], and UK ESG consultancy Verco in 2023[8][9].
