Eastman Richard (1868-1933) was a Muscogee entrepreneur and philanthropist known for his remarkable rise from poverty to prosperity in the state of Oklahoma. As a member of the Snake Indian community, Richard faced challenges due to government policies limiting access to resources and opportunities.
