Envy And The Sloths is a Connecticut based Alternative Indie Rock project headed by multi-instrumentalist Connor Tuttle (male 17). The creator, going under multiple aliases released his debut record, "Making a Martyr" on the 19th of December of 2022. After the release of the album and its subsequent cassette release under the collective/record label "the body without organs"; which he joined on March 21st of 2023. He went on to release his second full-length album under the Envy And The Sloths moniker, "Act II: Of A Man" on July the 30th 2023 under the same label, later changed to be his own independent release.
Envy And The Sloths Today
[edit]Envy And The Sloths writes, creates, mixes and produces their own music independently. Envy And The Sloths now releases their content under their own volition as of 10/8/23. During the writing of this article, Connor Tuttle is in the process of writing and recording a new record, yet to be announced/released (not to be a conceptual album unlike his other material). Envy And The Sloths began to gain a small following through a Neutral Milk Hotel Discord server, where Making a Martyr was praised for its' concept and sound. As of the previously stated date, Envy And The Sloths retains 24 monthly listeners on Spotify. Envy And The Sloths and Connors' other works are available via Bandcamp and other relevant streaming services.
