Guangzhou GAC BYD New Energy Bus Co., Ltd. is a bus manufacturer headquartered in Conghua District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province. It was established on August 4, 2014^[1], currently one of the vehicle suppliers of Guangzhou Bus.^[2] The company's registered capital is RMB 300 million, with BYD and GAC Group investing in phases at a shareholding ratio of 51% and 49% respectively.^[3]

Main products

Pure electric vehicle products are mainly buses, but also garbage trucks^[4], garbage trucks and other engineering vehicles^[5]. The bus products have been adopted by many operating companies under the Guangzhou Bus Group^[2], mainly including^[6]：
