Since 1978 George Rothacker has owned Rothacker advertising & Design, a firm specializing in creating coordinated marketing campaigns using multimedia and many of his own paintings and illustrations. He has also built a national reputation as a a painter, and has used his skills to raise money for many non-profits throughout Pennsylvania including : The Media Theatre, Hedgrow Theatre, The Jimmy Stewart Museum, The Radnor Library, Eastern University, The Main Line Art Center, Community Arts Center, The Media Fellowship House, The Chester Charter School for the Arts, and The Radnor High School Scholarship Fund.

As a writer, photographer, and film editor Mr Rothacker has produced many documentaries including" America in Black and White and Many Colors" a history of discrimination and diversity in the United States , "Words of The Heart", the story of Thomas Garrett and his great, great niece Dorothy Biddle James (Narrated by bill Whitaker of " 60 Minutes"), who both fought for human rights through our their lives, and a video bio of the actor Jimmy Stewart entitled "Always B Nice to People" ( narrated by Stewarts's daughter Kelly Harcourt Stewart.)

Since 2019 George has written 7 novels, 2 semibiographical novels and and autobiography titled ,The Diverse Artistic Universe of George H. Rothacker.

George has dedicated his life to the arts and media industry with the objective of informing, educating and helping others. He lives with his wife Barbara.
