Gimme Some Wine is the sixteenth album by Eleanor McEvoy. It was released in October, 2021. The album, which was largely crafted and recorded during the COVID-19 lockdown, reflects the unique circumstances of its creation.[citation needed]
Gimme Some Wine draws inspiration from musical genres including music hall, post-war, 50s, and 60s styles. McEvoy integrates elements of Spanish, Jazz, Mexican, classical, Russian, and folk music, with contemporary rhythms such as drums, bass, and drum loops.[citation needed]
