Since 2014, HES oversaw the founding of HELP International School (HIS) in Kuala Lumpur, Crescendo-HELP International School (CHIS) in Johor Bahru and the acquisition of Tunku Putra School in Kuching being rebranded as Tunku Putra-HELP (TPH).  HES works with an international team of experienced and passionate leaders and teachers. Its aim is to deliver a world-class education at affordable fees throughout Malaysia and Asia, benefitting thousands of children and young people.

At each point of their set-up, all three schools expanded to become the fastest growing international schools in Malaysian history. HIS had an enrollment of over 1,400 students within the first five years of operation[2]; CHIS had over 1,100 students within less than three years of operation, and TPH over 700 students when it opened its doors in January 2020 in a brand new campus. Today, there are over 3,000 students, 350 dedicated educators from 25 nationalities within the HES group of schools.
