Harijs Gulbis (25 October 1926 – 11 November 2019) was a Latvian writer and playwright.
He studied at Tume Elementary School, Tukums High School and Tukums Music School. His first story, "The Bombay Girl", was published in 1957 in the magazine "Star". In 1967, staged his play "One Fiery Maple". Became popular with the 1968 play "Aye, a child like a bear." Several novels, plays, stories and collections of essays by Swan have been published. In 1980, according to the motifs of the play "Cirulisi", thethe film of the same name by Olgert Dunker was filmed.
