JennyLee Molina (born June 16, 1982) is a communications professional based in Miami, known for her integrated marketing approach and community building impact. She is the founder of JLPR, an agency representing clients in hospitality, wellness, entertainment, and non-profit sectors. With over 15 years of experience, Molina has executed communications strategies nationally and locally, leading to award-winning campaigns.[1]

Career
After working at global PR giant Burson-Marsteller now known as BCW, Molina launched her freelance career in 2010, working with international and local brands who sought media coverage and event marketing. In 2012, she founded 305 Cafecito®, an initiative that established Miami’s area code as the official time for a coffee break, gaining widespread attention including the front page of El Nuevo Herald which called the campaign "Miami's identity" and additional coverage by Miami New Times, NPR, and The Atlantic.

Building on the success of 305 Cafecito, she founded 305 DAY® in 2014, a community-wide celebration on March 5th in honor of Miami's area code "305" moniker. The campaign became a cultural movement and annual viral moment that Molina said in People en Español "honors her roots." In 2020, Pitbull became a partner in 305 DAY, further solidifying its impact and reach.[2]

In April 2023, Molina joined the Office of the Mayor Daniella Levine Cava as the Senior Digital Strategist, where she oversees digital communications strategies for the Mayor's office.[4]

Recognition
Molina's work has garnered numerous awards, including Miami Dade College Hall of Fame 2019, Expertise.com Best Content Marketing Agency 2019 and 2021, Miami New Times Best Of Miami Winner 2016, and Biz Bash PR Professional of the Year 2013. She has been quoted by the New York Times, Forbes, ABC News, INC Magazine, Ocean Drive, and the Miami Herald, among others, highlighting her influence and expertise in the industry.[5]

Personal Life
JennyLee Molina is a vegan content creator, entrepreneur, wife to Latin Grammy Winning Producer A.T. Molina and mother to a teenage son.

For years, she followed the Standard American Diet (SAD) but after discovering she was at risk of developing a chronic illness, she adopted a whole food plant-based lifestyle. She attributes this change to reversing her prediabetes but also brought her cholesterol and triglycerides to healthy levels, leading to a weight loss of over 80 lbs. Molina now uses her platform @jennyleeisme to inspire others to make similar lifestyle changes and regain their health with a plant-based diet. She is also an animal advocate and has two rescue cats from the Miami-Dade Animal Services.

Civic Engagement
In 2015, Molina co-founded the Leah Arts District with former Councilman Paul Hernandez as a pro-bono consultant. The live/work area in Hialeah has become a cultural destination, focusing on art initiatives and free cultural programming. Under JLPR, Molina secured sponsorships for murals and free family-friendly events for the initiative, showcasing her community-driven approach.[3] Molina is a member of Engage Miami, Junior League Miami, and League of Women Voters Miami-Dade County Chapters.[7]

Political Involvement
In 2020, Molina served as the Digital Communications Creative Associate for the Biden for President campaign, where she supported bilingual digital media operations and played a key role in digital marketing strategies.
