Khmer Mekong (formerly Alliance for Justice Law Group) is a pro-bono law office based in Cambodia. Khmer Mekong was founded in 2012 by Mr. Sovann Moeurn, the Attorney-At-Law of Bar Association of Kingdom of Cambodia.[1] It provides various legal services for Cambodians and International people who live in Cambodia as Ex-pat.

In 2012, Alliance for Justice was founded by a few lawyers in Cambodia, the first law group (law office) that provides pro-bono legal service to humanity in their local. Alliance for Justice was led by Mr. Sovann Moeurn, which was inspired by the Khmer Rouge Tribunal or Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia when Sovann was the escort lawyer to witness people from 2008-2011.
In 2018, Alliance for Justice was changed to Khmer Mekong Law Group.[2]
