Opened in August 2022 alongside the Hotel Kaachi Grand. The name "Lomba" for the restaurant at Hotel Kaachi Grand derives from the Lomba festival, a traditional New Year celebration held in the western Bhutanese districts of Paro and Haa. The restaurant is open from 9 A.M to 11 P.M throughout the week.

Lomba is designed to embody a blend of tradition and modernity. The spacious venue can accommodate over 200 guests and features a central dining area, a sprawling courtyard, and a lounge section. The expansive windows offer extensive views of the beautiful Paro valley, adorned with lush greenery and traditional Bhutanese dwellings.
