Luis Valls Taberner

Luis Valls-Taberner Arnó (Barcelona, June 5, 1926-Madrid, February 25, 2006) was a Spanish financier. President of Banco Popular (1972-2004), he was also a professor at the University of Madrid and the University of Barcelona.
