Maite Cáceres (born 6 August 2002)[1] is a Uruguayan racing driver who currently competes in the 2023 F1 Academy season for Campos Racing.
Career[edit]
From 31 January to 4 February 2022, Cáceres competed in a W Series test in Arizona, United States along with 14 other prospective drivers.[2] She then competed in the United States, racing in the Formula 4 United States Championship and USF Juniors.[3][4]
On 2 March 2023, it was announced that Cáceres would drive for Campos Racing in F1 Academy, a new class for women organized by Formula One.[5][6]
In February 2024, Cáceres returned to F4 United States, competing for International Motorsport.[7]
Personal life[edit]
Cáceres is the younger sister of Juan Cáceres who was also a racing driver.[8]
