Marassi, developed by Emaar Misr, serves as a prominent coastal development located along Egypt's northern coast, spanning approximately 6.5 million square meters. Offering an extensive array of amenities, including five beaches, 23 residential villages, 3,300 hotel rooms, an 18-hole golf course, and one of the largest international marinas in the Middle East.

Featuring various residential options such as villas, chalets, townhouses, and apartments.

In addition to its residential components, the development incorporates water canals, retail areas, dining establishments, and healthcare facilities.

Commencing in 2008, the development of Marassi represents a significant foreign direct investment in Egypt's real estate sector, with an initial investment of $1.74 billion by Emaar Misr.
