Mathseeds is an educational program aimed at teaching fundamental math skills to children aged 3 to 9 in an engaging way,[1][2][3][4] owned by Blake eLearning[5] and 3P Learning. It is designed to be compatible with PC, Mac, iPad, and Android devices[6] and to adapt to each student.[7]
New users are allowed a two-week trial by registering.[8]
History
[edit]Since April 2015, Mathseeds has been used by approximately 130,000 students in more than 1,800 elementary schools.[citation needed]
On September 17, 2018, Mathseeds released its 200th lesson covering third grade math skills.[9]
On September 6, 2023, Mathseeds was designed to meet Level II Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) requirements.[10]
Usage by teachers
[edit]Mathseeds is designed for teachers to be able to assign homework from a variety of selections to students.[11][12]
