Nagendra Neupane (Nepali: नगेन्द्र न्यौपाने ) is a Nepalese writer. He worked for “Sangalo” yearly Nepali magazine, which publishes from North Carolina USA. Neupane was born on 11 September, 1961 AD in a remote area of Gorkha district, Nepal. He went to Trichandra College, Kathmandu after completed his high school and got I.Sc. He went Pulchok Engineering College and got diploma in Civil Engineering. He got MA in Economics from Tribhuvan University in Kathmandu. Mr. Neupane got Associated degree in Computer Science from North Carolina, USA. His writing career started when he was in Trichandra College. His the first poem was published in “Ghantaghar” magazine published by student union of Trichandra college (1982 AD). He got the first prize in essay competition organized by student union (1986 AD) of Pulchok Engineering College Kathmandu. He got different Nepali literacy prizes in the USA as well as Nepal.
