Ntobeko Mangqwengqwe is a seasoned communications professional currently serving as the Senior Communications and Intergovernmental Relations Officer for George Municipality in the Western Cape, South Africa. He joined the municipality in early 2022, bringing with him over 12 years of experience in local government communication roles, having previously worked at Oudtshoorn Municipality.
