Obsession is an upcoming TV series for Amazon Prime Video. It stars Dove Cameron and Avan Jogia. The series is based on Catherine Ryan Howard’s novel 56 Days.
Premise[edit]
Oliver and Ciara start an intense relationship after meeting in a supermarket but police fear it has ended in murder after an unidentifiable body is found.[1]

Production[edit]
The series is produced by Amazon MGM Studios and Atomic Monster and was commissioned in December 2023.[2] The series is written and executive-produced by Lisa Zwerling and Karyn Usher. James Wan is one of the executive producers, along with Michael Clear and Rob Hackett at Atomic Monster. [3]
In May 2024, Dove Cameron and Avan Jogia were cast in the lead roles of Ciara and Oliver.[4]
